Design a Spring-centered topper for Easter 

DESIGN CHALLENGE

WDG needed to create a novelty topper that celebrates the Spring season beyond the Easter occasion. To be compliant with child safety standards, toppers must be designed for 0+ age. Our design hurdle was to create a form designed to meet very stringent safety specifications for premiums (or toys) while also creating a shape that feels playful and Spring inspired.  

DESIGN SOLUTION

We designed a butterfly to embrace the essence of spring in bright colors. The shape mimicks an “X”, which complies with all safety specifications and standards, while also providing play value and celebrating the season.
