Design a Valentine’s Novelty item for low-cost gifting opportunities
Our goal was to design a novelty item that would be sold at a $2-$3 price point during the Valentine’s Day season that provides an aspect of secondary usage to the consumer. This container was designed to 0+ age, following stringent child safety specifications.
After several iterations of formats and pack types we focused on a rigid plastic container with easy snap closure in the symbolic Valentine’s Day shape of a heart. The package offers consumers the opportunity to reuse the container rather than something that would be thrown away after the season.
